| 摘 要： | 研究提出在多杀性巴氏杆菌辐射诱变育种中选择辐照剂量的依据,建立了一种有效地筛选赖链霉素菌株的改良平板筛选方法,在国内外首次应用~(60)Co-γ射线诱变获得赖链霉素多杀性巴氏杆菌菌株。选出的赖链霉素多杀性巴氏杆菌SD_(724)菌株免疫鸡,能保护22/23,具有良好的免疫原性。

| Abstract: | In Paseeurella Multocida radioactive breeding, basis of selective radiation dose were proposed, A plate method as effective selectival streptomycin -dependent strains has been established. It is the first time in the wolrd that using 60Co -r ray inducement to attain streptomycin -dependent Pasteurella Multocida strains. After the ,chickens were immuniazed by SD724 strains,22/23 was protected and has good imrnunogenicity. |
