| 摘 要： | 为筛选抗龙胆斑枯病菌活性的中药，以龙胆斑枯病菌(Septoria rnicrospra Speg．)为供试菌种，对9种中药乙醇提取物进行抗龙胆斑枯菌活性试验。结果9种中药乙醇提取物均有抑菌作用，其中蛇床子、川楝子、知母14d最低抑菌质量浓度小于0．1g／mL，具有较强的抗龙胆斑枯病菌作用，可进一步开发为防治龙胆斑枯病药物。

| Abstract: | A test was conducted to study the antifungal activity against Septoria mi crospra Speg. for the ethanol extracts of nine species of TCMs in order to scr een the antifungal Chinese medicine. The result showed that all the ethanol extr acts exhibited inhibition to Septoria microspra, and the minimum inhibitory concentrations of Fructus cnidii, Fructus toosendan, Rhizoma anemarrhe nae were less than 0.1g/mL. The antifungal activities of Fructus cnidii, Fructus toosendan, Rhiaoma anemarrhenae against Septoria microspra Speg. were much stronger, so the antifungal medicine was expected to be develope d. |
