摘    要:综述了杂种优势遗传基础研究的进展,对当前两系法杂交水稻的主要不育系及其杂种F1进行了多层次的分类,提出了有利基因及有利基因工作是常规稻优良品系参与杂种优势遗传基础这一观点。

Abstract:The progress in genetic basis of heterosis were reviewed. Multi-phasal classification was made to the main female parent, Pei'ai 64S, which is widely used in commercial two-line-system hybrid rice breeding. A viewpoint of favorablegenes and favorable genie interactions has been proposed to explain the genetic basis of heterosis in which elite pure lines areincorporated.
