保水剂重复吸水性能的比较研究

摘    要:通过模拟试验,比较研究了4种高分子树脂类保水剂在不同介质中的重复吸水性能。结果表明:相比蒸馏水,在自来水和土壤介质中,保水剂的初次吸水倍率和重复使用性有不同程度的降低;水质对保水剂初次吸水能力降低的效应大于土壤介质;保水剂用量的增加对其吸水能力有明显的促进效应,但随着重复使用次数的增加,促进效应递减。初步分析认为,4种保水剂中,日本触媒(JP)的持续使用性最好,巴斯夫(BF)和沃特(WT)次之,白金子(BJ)最差。保水剂的使用寿命与其自身吸水形态、吸水稳定性和凝胶结构有关。

Abstract:In different solutions, the repeated water-absorbing capacities of four types of super-absorbent polymers (SAPs) with organic macromolecules were comparatively studied by simulated experiments. The result showed that in tap water and soil solution, the original water absorbency and repeated water-absorbing capacity of SAPs were reduced relative to those in distilled water. The reduced effect of water quality on the original water absorbency of SAP was higher than that of soil solution. The water-absorbing abilities of SAPs would be increased in higher concentrations, but the increases were reduced with the repeated utilization. It was preliminarily considered that among four types of SAPs labeled BF, JP, BJ and WT, JP conduct the best performance in sustaining use, BF and WT took the second place, while BJ was the worst. The sustaining effects of SAPs varied according to their water-absorbing status, stability and gel structure.
