摘    要:华南7号是中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所于1986年利用华南205的自然杂交种选育而成的。该品种有良好的丰产性和广泛的适应性,其块根产量约为42.61t/hm2,与现大面积种植的SC205当家品种(下称对照品种)相比,历年平均增产44.28%;其块根干物率和淀粉含量分别为34.15%和27.32%,分别比对照品种高1.45个百分点和1.16个百分点。因此,华南7号是一个高产、优质的饲用和工业应用型木薯品种。同时本文重点对新品种华南7号建立分子指纹,实用于新品种保护与产权鉴定。

Abstract:The new cassava variety SC 7 was selected from the nature self cross of the variety SC205 in 1986 by the Tropical Crops Genetic Resources Institute, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. This new variety showed higher yield and far wide adaptability. It produced an annual root yield of about 42.61 ton/ha, increasing by 44.28 % by average as compared with the check variety SC205 which has been widely planted in the past years. This new variety contained 34.15 % of dry matter and 29.03 % of starch in root, 1.45 % and 1.23% higher than the check variety SC205, respectively. The SC 7 is hence good for feed and industrial use due to its high yield and high quality. DNA fingerprinting was employed to identify this new cassava variety for its protection.
