摘    要:比较了番茄具芽分化活性愈伤组织(BDC)、根分化活性愈伤组织(RDC)和不具分化活性愈伤组织(NDC)中内源多胺含量的变化.结果表明:在培养的第6天和12天,多胺总量均是BDC>RDC>NDC.BDC在肉眼可见芽分化的前3天(培养第12天),其精胺、腐胺、尸胺含量显著升高,精胺含量分别为RDC和NDC的2.3倍和4.1倍;腐胺含量分别为RDC和NDC的2.4倍和1.5倍;尸胺含量分别为RDC和NDC的1.8倍和1.3倍.结合外源多胺的使用结果表明:外源尸胺和腐胺抑制芽的分化但促进根的分化,精胺对芽的分化有促进作用但对根的分化无效.提出了激素对离体培养物形态建成的调节作用可能通过改变内源多胺含量及其比例起作用.

Abstract:This paper was intended to compare endogenous polyamines contents among distinct calli of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) explants in vitro, i e, bud differentiation callus (BDC), root differentiation callus (RDC), non differentiation callus(NDC) In addition, influence of exogenous polyamines on organogenesis was also investigated The results showed that on the 6th and 12th day in culture, total polyamines in content was BDC > RDC> NDC Just before visible bud appeared in BDC (12th day after inoculation), spermin (spm), cadverine (cad) and putrescine(put) in quantity increased significantly in comparison with RDC or NDC Spm content in BDC on the 12th day inoculated was 2 3 and 4 1 times, while cad was 1 8 and 1 3 times, put, 2 4 and 10 5 times, than that in RDC and NDC, respectively Promotion of bud differentiation was observed by addition of foreign spm However, addition of exogenous put or cad gave rise to root formation It was supposed that hormonal regulation of organogenesis in culture was intermediated through changing polyamines contents and ratios among them
