摘    要:段塞流特性参数的计算是油气混输管道工艺计算的基础。诸多研究成果表明,用平衡液膜简化法计算段塞流流动参数,其计算结果明显比试验数据的偏差大。在液膜高度渐变物理模型的基础上,用两相流水力学方程,推导了一个段塞流液膜区完全耦合的流动参数计算模型。在计算液塞区参数时,采用了一组综合流体物性、倾角、管径等因素的经验计算式,其中部分关系式经过Tulsa大学TUFFP数据资料分析,与现有半经验半理论的计算式相比,统计误差较小,准确度较高。利用改进的计算模型对某油田一段混输管道的段塞流特性参数进行了预测。

Abstract:It is the basis of technological calculations for two-phase flow in oil and gas pipelines to predict the slug flowing characteristic parameters. Many research results show that equilibrium liquid film simplified model applied to determine the characteristic parameters of slug flow is not valid by comparing experimental data. According to the basic hydrodynamic equations of two-phase flow, a coupling analysis approach to calculating the characteristic parameters of liquid film zone based on the slug tail velocity-hold-up profile is presented in this article. A series of correlations in consideration of the effects of fluid physical properties, pipe inclined angle and pipe diameter are applied in the liquid slug zone with a smaller statistical error and a relatively high accuracy,by comparing with TUFFP's data of TULSA and semi-empirical or semi-theoretical models available at present. In this paper,the modified model is applied in an oilfield spot case, but its effect should be further proved for lack of sufficient experimental data. Because theoretical derivation is strict and reliable, these formulas can be used in engineering calculations of field pipelines and theoretical researches of two-phase flow.
