| 摘 要： | 基于天然气增长的需求，管道材料的研究正朝着高强度、高韧性以及优良的现场焊接性能等多方面发展。目前，高强度、长距离、大口径管道已成为输气管道的发展方向。从焊接方法、焊接材料等方面介绍了X80钢管的环缝焊接，并分析了X80管道钢的焊接性能。列举了国外一些X80管道建设的工程实例。

| Abstract: | With the increasing demands for gas and oil, pipeline is developing towards high strength, high toughness and excellent field weldability. High strength,long distance,major diameter pipeline are the tendency.This article discusses the welding methods,materials,shielding gas for welding of X80 steel pipe, analyzes the weldability of X80 steel pipe, and lists foreign project cases of X80 steel pipe in the construction of pipelines. |
