摘    要:在低磷土壤条件下,研究了不同磷水平对烤烟化学成分与香气物质含量的影响.结果表明,磷肥能增强烟株对钾、钙、磷等矿质营养的吸收,降低中下部烟叶的总糖和还原糖含量,提高中下部烟叶总氮含量,改善烟叶的氯碱比,降低烟叶的淀粉含量,显著提高氧化异佛尔酮,β-大马酮,巨豆三烯酮1,巨豆三烯酮4,3-羟基-β-二氢大马酮,法尼基丙酮,新植二烯等主要香气成分的含量,改善烟叶的香吃味,其中以磷用量120 kg·hm~(-2)处理烟叶化学成分协调性好,要香气物质成分舍量及香气总量最高.

Abstract:A study carried out on the effects of phosphorus application on chemical components and aroma substances contents of flue-cured tobacco in low phosphorus soil. The results showed that phosphorus fertilizer could enhance the absorption of mineral elements such as potassium, calcium, and phosphorus. It could decrease the total sugar and reducing sugar contents, increase the total nitrogen of middle and lower leaves, improve the ratio of nitrogen/nicotine and decrease the starch content. And also could increase the main aroma substances contents, such as keto-isophorone, β - damascone, megastigmatrienone 1, megastigmatrienone 4,3- hydroxyl radical - β - hydroxi damascenone, farnesylacetone and neophytadiene,thus improve the aroma and taste. Amid the treatments, the phosphorus application of 120 kg ·hm~(-2) showed good coordination and highest contents of main aroma components.
