玉米株型性状的基因效应研究

采用世代分析方法对玉米株型性状的遗传模型、基因效应及其与亲本的关系进行了研究。结果表明，６个月组合的６０个性状中分别为１０个和２２个性状的遗传符合加性－－显性，加性－－显性－－上位性遗伟模型。

The Gene Effects of the Plant-type Characters of Corn

The genetic models,gene effects and their relationship with the inbred plant-type and germplasm resources of l0 plant-type characters of corn were studied by means ofgeneration-analysis in 6 hybred combinations composed of 5 inbred lines.The resuItsshowed that the additive-dominance and the additive-dominance-epistatic genetic modelswere in line with 10 and 22 characters in the 6 cross sets respectively.Additive gene effectswere highly significant in all of the l0 characters of all of the 6 crosses.Dominant gene ef-fects were significant in the vast majority of characters.And different epistatic gene effectsexited significantly only in most of the characters of all the cross sets.The plant-type char-acters were different in their genetic complexity.The significant existance of epistatic ef-fects in different crosses might be related to their inbred germplasm resources.
