大豆根瘤菌菌株接种效果的研究

在含速效氮中等偏低肥力的土壤上，利用大豆根瘤菌３Ｉ１ｂ１１０，Ｓｍ３１两个菌株分别接种，可促进大豆地上部植株的生长和地下部根瘤的形成，苗期和盛花期的大豆单株高度、鲜重和根瘤数量、鲜重都高于对照；产量分别提高１３．１％和１０．６％，与对照之间的差异均达显著水平，两个菌株之间差异不显著。

Studies on the Effects of Inoculation with Two Strains os Rhizobium japonicum

On the soil,as far as the fertility is concerned,in which the contents of quick act-ing nitrogen is medium or less,the results of inoculation with two strains of inoculationwith two strains of Rhixobium japonicam,named 3I1b110 ,Sm31,suggest that in the peri-ods of young plant and full blossom,the average height of plants,fresh weight of plantsand the number of root nodules are higher than those of the check.Further-ore,theyields increased by 13.1%and 10.60% respectively,the differences both reash the signifi-cant level compared with the check.However,no dlifference between the results of the twostrains is obserced.
