香料烟香气物质成分与其颜色关系的研究

对河南、新疆的芳香型香料烟不同颜色的中部叶，进行了香气物质成分的定性和定量分析。结果表明，新疆香料烟中香气成分的总含量以桔黄叶最高，柠檬黄叶次之，微带青叶较低；河南香料烟香气物质成分的含量随颜色变化比较复杂，但桔黄色叶中香气成分的总含量明显高于带青叶和深色叶。

Study on the Relationship Between the Aromatic Components and Colours of Aromatic Tobacco

The aromatic components in different colour cutter of aromatic tobacco,whichwas grown in China's Henan and Xinjiang,were qualitatively and quantitatively analysedby GC/MS.Results showed that as far as the fixed quantity aromatic components are con-cerned,the total amount of aromatic components in oriental tobacco of Xinjiang was in thedecreasing order:orange,lemon,greenish;while the aromatic components in aromatic to-bacco of Henan varied complexly with colours,but the total amount of aromatic compo-nents in the orange leaves was obriously higher than that in greenish and brown leaves.
