油松种子园无性系雌球花量变异及稳定性评价

摘    要:应用回归和非回归模式,评价了卢氏油松种子园31个无性系的结实稳定性。结果表明,各年份雌球花量遗传方差,环境方差和表型方差均很大,年度间的差异也很明显,呈现丰年大歉年小的梯度差异。

Abstract:The regression and non-regression models are usedto evaluate the conelet yield stabil-ity of 31 clones in Lushi seed orchard.The result shows that genetic,environmental and phe-notypical variance for conelet yield are all great each year,the differences between years arevery obvious the gradient difference between bamper harvest and lean year is also shown. Theclonal repeatabilities of conelet yield all years are more than 6 5%,The variations of coneletyield between clones,between years and clone-year interaction reach extremely significant levelwith the great potential and reliance of clonal selection.By means of stability anysis,22 cloneswith average stabilit'es and super stabilit' es accounting for 71%of all clones are chosen Thereare 8 clones among them with high stability and production capacity to be chasen to estabilshthe improved seed orchard or to rogue essd or chard,the selection gain amounts to 12.78%,When five of the above eight clones with higher stability and production capacity are chosen,the selection gain amounts to 29.93?cordingly.
