泡桐丛枝病过氧化物同功酶季节性变化规律的研究

摘    要:采用凝胶电泳法,测定和分析了泡桐丛枝病株根,干、枝、韧皮部和叶4个部位过氧化物同功酶季节性变化,结果表明,泡酮病株的不同部位过氧化物同功酶季节性变化规律是不同的,枝韧皮部各生长季节POD同功酶较健株少1条;根韧皮部和叶各生长季节POD同功酶较健株少2条,所不同的是根韧皮部酶带减少的位置在健株的第3条和第5条处,而叶则是在第5条和第6条处;干韧皮部病株POD同功酶,在休眠期和封顶期与健株相同,在殿叶

Abstract:The seasonal changes of peroxidase(POD)isozyme in diseased Paulownia root,stem,branch and leaves were studied with gel electrophoresis in this paper.The results in-dicated that the changes of POD isozyme in diseased Paulownia trees varied with differentseasons,the POD isozyme belts in diseased tree branch phloem,root phloem and leaf at allgrowth stages were one or two less than the ones in the same part of the healthy trees re-spectively,the belts that were not found in diseased root phloem were the third and fifthone in the healthy trees,but those in the diseased leaf were the fifth and sixth belt.
