氨苄西林混悬液在鸡体内的药物动力学及其生物利用度研究

摘    要:作者对10%氨苄西林混悬液在靶动物-鸡体内的药物动力学及生物利用度进行了研究,结果表明,10%氨苄西林混悬液吸收迅速,达峰时间快,约0.89h即达峰值;消除半衰期较短,约2.5h;绝对生物利用度为35.27%,略高于氨苄西林溶液剂的绝对生物利用度(34.30%);氨苄西林混悬液在鸡口服给药后的生物等效性为109.8%。

Abstract:This article studied the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of 10% Ampicillin suspension in vivo of target animal-fowl. The result showed that the absorption of 10% Ampicillin suspension was quick; the reaching peak time was short,about 0.89 h; the elimination half-life was about 2.5 h; and the absolute bioavailability was 35.27%,lightly higher than the absolute bioavailability of Ampicillin solution (34.30%); the bioequivalence of 10% Ampicillin suspension with oral administration to fowl was 109.8%. 
