柑桔皮中黄酮类化合物的提取及抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:文章对柑桔皮中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺和抗氧化活性进行研究,以黄酮提取率为考察指标,选用L9(34)表进行正交试验,确定从柑桔皮中提取黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺,并用TAB法和烘箱储藏法对提取的黄酮类化合物进行抗氧化研究。结果表明,最佳的提取条件为乙醇浓度70%,提取时间1.5 h,固液比1:20,提取温度80℃,提取的黄酮类化合物为柑桔皮干重的2.689%;抗氧化试验结果表明,柑桔皮中提取的黄酮类化合物能阻断芝麻油和猪油自氧化作用,具有良好的抗氧化活性。研究为利用桔子皮工业化生产黄酮类药用成分提供科学依据。

Abstract:The extraction conditions and antioxidation property of flavones from orange peel were studied in this paper,the extracting ratio of flavonoids was taken as the index for investigation and table L9(34)was used to conduct the orthogonal experiment.So as to select optimum extraction process of flavonoids from orange peel.Meanwhile,the antioxidant activity was studied by using thio barbitunc acid(TBA)method and storage in baking oven on linoleic acid was studied with.The results showed that the optimum extraction process were as follows:70% alcohol,extraction time 1.5 h,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20,extraction temperature 80℃,that the flavonoid in orange peel was 2.689%of the dry weight;Antioxidation test showed that the flavonoids in orange peel had a stronger ability what could effectively inhibit sesame oil and lard oil autoxidation,exhibits a favorable antioxidant activity.It provided scientific basis for using orange peel to produce medicinaI components of flavones.
