摘    要:通过综合分析Monte Carlo法和响应面法的特点,运用ANSYS建立零部件的结构参数化可靠性模型,选择了经过简单Monte Carlo抽样的样本点作为响应面的拟合样本点,拟合出零件结构可靠性的响应面。最后以此响应面替代有限元模型进行大量Monte Carlo抽样得到零件可靠度,达到了更方便高效的对零件进行可靠性分析的目的。文中最后以汽车转向直拉杆作为分析实例,为现代机械零件可靠性分析提供了一种高效途径。

Abstract:Through comprehensive analysis to the characteristics of the Monte Carlo method and response surface method, the parameter reliability model of the methodology part was established using ANSYS. The sample point selected through a simple Monte Carlo sampling was taken as fitting response surface data, the response surface of parts structural reliability is got. Then, the FE model is replaced by the response surface to get a large number of Monte Carlo simulation, the purpose of more convenient and efficient analysis for parts reliability is achieved. Finally, the automotive drag link was analyzed as an example, an efficient method was provided for modem machinery parts reliability analysis.
