禽流感病毒分离株A/Chicken/Xinjiang/1/96(H14N5)NP基因序列分析

摘    要:对RTPCR扩增的禽流感病毒A/Chicken/Xinjiang/1/96(H14N5)分离株核蛋白基因进行了序列分析。结果表明:所克隆的基因包含了全部核蛋白阅读框架,编码区为1494个核苷酸。比较性研究表明,该毒株与A/Malard/Astrakhan(Gurjev)/263/82(H14N5)有很高的同源性,而与人流感病毒株有较大,显示出明显的禽流感病毒特征。

Sequencing of Nucleoprotein Gene of an AIV Isolate A/Chicken/Xinjiang/1/96(H14N5)
Abstract:The complete nucleoprotein(NP)gene of an avian influenza virus isolate A/Chichen/Xinjiang/1/96(H14N5)(XJ)was sequenced.The result showed that the cloned 1541bp fragment covered the whole NP gene including the completely open reading frame which encoded 498 amino acids. In the comparative study,the NP sequence of the XJ isolate was highly homologous to that of A/Mallard/Astrakhan(Gurjev)/263/82(H14N5).However,the obvious diversities existed in the NP sequences between the XJ isolate and 2 isolates of human influenza viruses.
