摘 要: | [目的]对山奈药材中对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯的提取工艺进行研究。[方法]以样品中对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯的提取量为指标,采用正交试验对影响山奈中对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯提取的方法、溶剂、时间和药材粉碎度4个因素进行考察;以对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯的提取量为指标,经正交试验优选提取方法、溶剂、时间和药材粉碎度。[结果]较理想的山奈提取工艺为:药材粉碎度8目,加乙醇溶剂,用索氏提取法,提取时间4h。[结论]验证试验表明山奈提取工艺稳定可行。

Study on Extraction Conditions of Ethylp-methoxy Cinnamate from Kaempferia galanga L. |

Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to study the extraction conditions of ethylp-methoxy cinnamate from Kaempferia galanga L..[Method]Orthogonal experiment design was used and content of ethylp-methoxy cinnamate was took as index to study the four factors affecting ethylp-methoxy cinnamate,namely extracting methods,solvents,extracting time and the granule size of the K.galanga L.,and extraction rate of ethylp-methoxy cinnamate was took as index to study the extraction condition.[Result] The optimum procedure was K.galanga L.crushed 8 mesh,adding ethanol as solvent,using the method of soxhlet,extracing period 4 h.[Conclusion] Verification test showed that the procedure was stable and available for industrial production. |
