FZ1460铁铜基含油轴承摩擦学性能实验

摘    要:介绍了一种变载荷下含油轴承摩擦学性能和振动特性测试实验台,利用该实验台对FZ1460含油轴承的摩擦学性能和振动特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:变载荷工作条件下,所测得的摩擦因数、温升和振动值均比静载荷条件下的大;含浸32号机油含油轴承的摩擦因数比含浸68号抗磨液压油的含油轴承摩擦因数小,而振动特性则相反;采用ANDEROL465润滑油的含油轴承运转时,其摩擦学性能要优于采用68号抗磨液压油的含油轴承,但就振动特性而言,采用68号抗磨液压油的含油轴承则要优于采用ANDEROL465润滑油的含油轴承。

Abstract:A test device for tribological performance and vibration performance testing of porous bearings under dynamic loads was introduced. The relations between tribology performance and vibration performance of the FZ1460 Fe-Cu porous bearing were studied by experiments. The experimental results showed that the friction coefficient, temperature rise and vibration amplitude are greater under the dynamic loads than under the static loads. The friction coefficient of porous bearings using 32# oil is smaller than the one using 68# oil, but contrary to vibration performance. The friction coefficient of porous bearings using ANDEROL465 lubricant special is smaller than those using 68# oil. Their temperature rise behavior curves and values are basically the same. The former' vibration amplitude is greater than the latter', their inherence frequencies are consistent basically.
