草菇子实体不同发育期四种同工酶的初步研究

摘    要:采用聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳对草菇子实体的6个生育期和3个部位的4种同工酶进行测定。结果表明,过氧化物酶同工酶共有5~6条带,细胞色素氧化酶同工酶2~5条带,多酚氧化酶同工酶2~6条带,酯酶同工酶4~6条带。各类同工酶谱带的变化标志着草菇子实体不同发育期和不同部位生理活性的差异。

Abstract:A horizontal a crylarnide slab gel electrophoresis analysis on four kinds of isozymes developed in differegnt stages and different parts of the fruitbody of straw mushroom were performed to gain insight of the relationships in the developement and growth. The results indicated that there were 5-6 peroxidasa isozymes bands, 2-6 polyphenol oxidase isozymes bands, 2-5 cytochrorne oxidase isozymes bands and 4-6 esterase isozymes bands distributed in the respective charts. The isozymes appeared in different patterns not only in different stages but also from different parts of the fruitbody.
