| Abstract: | We made the analysis of the covariance and regression for 60 pigs in this test and sumarized two equations of the estimation of the non-bone tissues in the side carcass (NBTSC) used in the commercial market (1) and the scientific research(2):WNBTSC=SCW-(715.242+13.421×TCCW) (1)WNBTSC=SCW-(208.416+9.366×HUMW) (2)WNBTSC the weight of NBTSC; SCW the side carcass weight;TCCW the talus calcaneus and up row carpi's weight; HUMW the humerus weight. |
