摘    要:为给克隆无蜡粉基因提供理论依据,减少无蜡粉基因分子标记的工作量,对用白菜型油菜有蜡粉材料C1-33与甘蓝型油菜无蜡粉材料1047种间杂交获得的F1,自交所得F2,以及与C1-33回交获得的BC1,BC2代的蜡粉性状分离进行了观察。结果表明,1047中显性无蜡粉基因位于甘蓝型油菜的A染色体组上。

Abstract:Brassica rapa accession C1 33 was crossed with waxless inbred line 1047 of B.napus. The F 1 hybrids were selfed or backcrossed to C1 33 as male parent.The observation of segregation for waxlessness in F 2,BC 1 and BC 2 showed that the dominant gene for waxlessness in line 1047 was located at genome A of B.napus. The results will provide a foundation for molecular mapping and cloning of the gene.
