| 摘 要： | 对玉米种子蛋白电泳图谱的特点进行了分析，在此基础上进一步提出电泳图谱图象中泳道边界的分析方法──边界提取时的阈值迭代技术及其相关的图象锐化回归技术。

| Abstract: | ?The image features of corn seed protein electrophoregram was studied and a method, iterative computing thrade-off value in boundary detecting and regression analysis in image sharpening, of its lane boundary detection was proposed, which resulted in resolution of the problem of the lane boundary detection. In this way, the band features of electrophoregram will be extracted more effectively by computer. |
