摘    要:以新疆喀什和库尔勒的棉铃虫为研究对象,利用触角电位记录技术,测定棉铃虫对标准化合物Z11-16:ALD、Z9-16:ALD、Z11-16:ALD、16:OH、Z11-16;AC的EAG反应,发现这些标准化合物均能引起EAG反应,其中Z11-16;ALD能引起最强的EAG反应;Z9-16:ALD引起的EAG反应次之,由此认为Z11-16,ALD,Z9-16:ALD反应中,发现在羽化后的前3d棉铃虫对

Abstract:Electroantennograms(EAGs) were recorded from the two areas of male cotton boll worm (Kashi and Kuerle) Helicoverpa armigera in Xinjiang. Z11-16ALD elicited the greatest EAGs among the standard chemical including Z11-16ALD,Z9-16ALD,Z11-16OH,16ALD,16OH and Z11-16AC, each of which could elicit EAG responsiveness, also we concluded that Z11-16;ALD and Z9-16ALD were major sex pheromone components of Helicoverpa armigera in Xinjiang; EAGs to Z11-16ALD decreased with age after keeping high and steady responsiveness in its first three days and EAGs to Z9-16ALD kept steadily, which were consistent with the female calling period that we had disclosed indoors; EAGs to Z11-16ALD, Z9-16ALD, Z11-16OH decreased significantly by successive removal of antennal segments, it was shown that receptors for these compounds were distributed mostly over the distal segment of the five-segmented antennae; Z11-16ALD added with Z11-16OH proportionally will decrease the effect of Z11-16ALD alone, while EAGs to Z11-16;ALD added with Z9-16ALD proportionally did not differ from EAGs to Z11-16ALD alone. This maybe indicates that the effect of Z11-16OH was opposite to Z9-16ALD when both of them were added to Z11-16ALD.
