摘    要:以微波为热源,以NaOH为活化剂采用化学活化法制备玉米穗轴活性炭,结果表明,微波功率462W、NaOH浓度15%、液固比3.5:1、辐照时间5min时活性炭的碘值为1095.45mg/g,平均产率为20.32%。应用其处理废水的结果显示,对COD为229.33mg/L废水投加7.5%活性炭时,经70min吸附后对COD的去除率为78.28%,接近商品活性炭对COD的去除率(83.14%),但其具有来源广泛、价格低廉的特点,可以预见还是具有市场竞争力的。

Abstract:Microwave irradiation was used as a heat source in the preparation of activated carbon (AC) from corn cob by NaOH chemical activation. By optimizing reaction conditions of microwave power of 462W,NaOH solution concentration of 15% ,ratio of liquidtosolid 3.5 : 1 and the microwave radiation time of 5 rain,maximum odine number of 1 095.45 mg/g were achieved. Furthermore, the prepared AC was applied to wastewater treatment, and results showed that,when 7.5 % mass fraction addition of AC were applied,the COD of wasterwater was decreased from initial value of 229.33 to 50.40 mg/L (removal rate of 78.28%) after 70 min adsorption,suggesting removal rate was similar to commercial AC. Undoubtedly, due to wide source of raw materials and cheap price,it can foresee that there will still be market competive power in the future.
