烟草甲带菌迁飞试验

摘    要:从可侵染烟草甲的真菌中筛选出1株对烟草甲有较好致死效果的球孢白僵菌.将该菌株孢子粉喷施在具有烟草甲虫的烟叶上,在一定距离处设置检测箱用以检测被该菌感染的烟草甲死亡情况.测定了烟草甲带菌迁飞距离和不同施菌方式与致死率的关系.结果表明:烟草甲带菌迁飞40 m以上,集中放置防治效果好于分散放置.为利用白僵菌防治烟草甲和利用真菌杀虫剂控制仓储害虫奠定了前期基础.

Abstract:The spore powder of Beauveria bassiana selected from fungi that could infect cigarette beetle was sprayed in the storehouses with the cartons containing tobacco leaves and cigarette beetles to determine migration distance of cigarette beetles with Beauveria bassiana and the effect of different spraying pattern on its death rate.The results showed that the migration distance of cigarette beetles with Beauveria bassiana was above 40 m and the effect of centralized spray pattern was better than disperse spray ...
