| 摘 要： | 一个企业拥有无形资产的多少，代表企业经济技术实力和竞争实力的强弱。适应市场经济管理的需要，要以价值形态管理为中心，对无形资产、人力资产等进行重点管理，这也是管理理论现代化的要求。本文针对目前无形资产管理中存在的问题，提出加强无形资产管理的对策。

| Abstract: | The quantity of intangible assets shows the teclmical and competitive strength of an enterprise. In order to adapt to the management of the lnarket economy an enterprise should center effort on value form management. The key managcment is intangible assets and human resources. It is the demand of management modernization too. The author puts forth the countermeasures as for the existing problems. |
