摘 要: | 近年来,山西大豆产业得到了一定的发展,但与我国大豆主产省以及世界农业发达国家相比仍然存在很大差距。主要表现在:种植区域分散,单产水平偏低;品种多乱杂,专用品种缺乏,品质较差;大豆加工企业档次低、规模小,新产品开发滞后等。针对这些问题,提出促进山西大豆产业发展的措施是:调整区域布局,建立区域化、规模化、标准化的优质大豆生产基地;调整品种和品质结构,加快大豆新品种的引进、选育和推广;扶持大豆加工企业,开发有潜力、有市场的产品;普及营养学知识,启动大豆消费市场。

Current Situation and Developing Countermeasures of Soybean Industry in Shanxi Province |

Abstract: | These years, soybean industry gets certain development, but large gap it still exists between the other main soybean production provinces in China and the developed countries in the world. The problems are as follow: planting regions are disperse, unit yields are low; varieties are in disorder,special purposed varieties are scarce and have relatively poor quality; the grade of soybean process industries is low, their scale is small and new production development falls back. In view of these problems, we put forward the following measures to promote the development of soybean industry in Shanxi province. They are: adjusting regional distribution, establishing high grade soybean production bases that are regional, standardized and broad in scale; adjusting varieties and quality structure, quicken the introduction, selection and dissemination of new soybean varieties; supporting soybean process industries and opening up potential products and those that have good market; popularizing the knowledge of nutriology and switching on soybean consume markets. |
