甘蔗组培亚无性系群体的遗传变异评价

摘    要:采用单株追踪的方法,评价了来自不同供体的3个甘蔗组培亚无性系群体的遗传变异.在单株世代观察到植物学特征、生物学特性的变异和数量性状的分离;在单系世代发现某些变异具有高度重演性,某些变异性状的表达与环境有关.同时发现植物学特征和生物学特性有明显变异的10个组培单系的过氧化物酶、酯酶和细胞色素氧化酶等3个酶系的同工酶也发生了变异.认为植物组织培养是在分子或细胞水平上获得遗传变异的新途径,是改良甘蔗商业栽培品种某些不良性状的有效方案.

Abstract:The genetical variations of three subclone populations derived from different donors were evaluated by a plantlet tracing method. In single stool generation, variations in botanical characteristics were observed with high frequency and quantitative traits with wide—range segregation. Then, in the following asexual generation, some of variations were found with high repeatabilities and expression of some variations was related to envirnonments. Meanwhile, ten subclones with distinct variations in botanical characteristic or quantitative traits were examined to be also with changes in isoenzymatic maps of POD, Est and COD enzyme systems. It was therefore considered that plant tissue culture would be a new way for obtaining the genetical variations on the level of molecule or cell and become an effective programe for improving some of defects in characteristics of sugarcane commercial cultivars.
