| 摘 要： | 进行了利用猪粪渣栽培姬松茸的试验研究,并测定了产品主要营养成分和卫生标准。结果表明,利用猪粪渣培养料栽培姬松茸,平均单产达8.16kg·m-2,比牛粪培养料栽培姬松茸增产7.23%。

| Abstract: | Agaricus blazei cultivated with the pig manure compost were studied, yield and nutrition analysis of the fruitbody were analyzed. The results showed that the pig manure and straw stalk was composted, the average yield of mushroom achieved 8.16 kg·m-2, which was higher than that in the cow manure compost, increased by 7.23%. |
