| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国农村劳动力现状与农村经济社会发展矛盾的分析，结合新经济增长理论，指出我国农村经济发展的关键在于农村人力资源开发。认为要解决农村经济发展中的现实问题，使农村经济持续、健康、稳定地发展，当前最紧迫的任务是通过农村成人教育的发展，进行农村人力资源的开发。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis on the contrition between present labor force condition and economic development in the rural area, this paper, which is based on neweconomic development theory,points out that the key to developing rural economy is to exploit rural human resources.In order to solve the real problems existed in the rural area and develop the rural economy continuously,healthily and stably, it is urgent to exploit human resources throughadult education. |
