油菜波里马细胞质雄性不育恢复基因的筛选与遗传

摘    要:通过大量的筛选,在白菜型、芥菜型和甘蓝型油菜中分别新发现了4个、3个和3个恢复系,并将已筛选到的白菜型和芥菜型油菜恢复基因转移到甘蓝型油菜中。遗传研究表明,这些不同来源的恢复基因均为一对主效基因,并与原波里马细胞质雄性不育的恢复基因等位。

Abstract:Three, four and three restorers of polima cytoplasmic male sterility were found among thirty, fifty and eight varieties of Brassica napus, Brassica campestris and Brassica juncea, respectively. The restoring genes of these restorers were all transferred to Brassica napus. The genetic analysis showed that these restorers all had one pair of major restoring gene which was allelic.
