| 摘 要： | ＢＪＬ ５型消防泵在实际使用过程中，出现若干故障，影响到整机运行的可靠性．针对出现的问题，分别测试一批泵轴的实际尺寸，改进零件精度设计和加工工艺，保证小批量生产条件下的合理配合，提高水泵运行的可靠性．

| Abstract: | In accordance with the failures influencing the operation reliability of BJL 5 fire pump, this paper assured the rational fit for little batch production by improving the reliability of the pump through the measuring of actual size of pump shaft, and improving the fit precision of spare parts and the processing technology. |
