胡芦巴种子不同溶剂提取物及提取工艺对植物果实致病菌的抑菌作用初探

【目的】探究胡芦巴种子提取物对引起植物果实病变菌的抑菌作用,并筛选最佳溶剂的提取工艺。【方法】以乙醇、乙酸乙酯和水作为不同溶剂对胡芦巴种子进行提取,对引起植物果实病变的苹果炭疽菌、苹果腐烂菌及冬枣腐烂菌进行抑菌实验,通过正交试验筛选最佳溶剂的提取工艺。【结果】胡芦巴种子不同溶剂提取物均对苹果炭疽菌和苹果腐烂菌群具有抑菌作用,其中乙醇提取物抑菌效果高于乙酸乙酯和蒸馏水提取物,胡芦巴种子抑菌作用的最佳提取工艺为,以80%的乙醇提取,固液比为1:15,在60℃下提取2 h的抑菌效果最佳。【结论】胡芦巴种子提取物具有抑菌作用,且提取因素影响抑菌效果的顺序为乙醇浓度>提取时间>提取温度>液固比。

Initial Study on Antibacterial Effect of Different Solvent Extracts from the Seeds of Trigonella foenum - graecum L.against Plant Pathogen and Their Extraction Technology

【Objective】The purpose of this writing is to explore the antibacterial activity of the extract from the seeds of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.for plant disease caused by bacteria,and screen out the best solvent extraction process.【Method】Extract was taken from seeds of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.by ethanol,ethyl acetate and water to explore the impact of Colletrotrichum gloeosporioildes,Valsa mali and Jujube rotten bacteria by it.【Result】The different extracted solvents from the seeds of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.have antibacterial effects for Colletrotrichum gloeosporioildes and Valsa mali and Jujube rotten bacteria,and the best antimicrobial effect is the extract by ethanol.The best technics to extract the solvent from the seeds of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.is to use 80%ethanol.The ratio of the liquid-solid is 1:15,at 60℃for 2 h extraction.【Conclusion】The extracted solvents form the seeds of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.have the bacteriostatic effect in the order like this:ethanol concentration>extraction time>extraction temperature>liquid-solid ratio.
