蔗糖基聚合物对荔枝的增甜作用及其机理初探

摘    要:试验用1.5%的蔗糖基聚合物水溶液处理三月红荔枝,研究了其对荔枝的增甜作用及对荔枝叶片中的蔗糖合成酶(SS)和蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性的影响.结果表明,在挂果期喷施蔗糖基聚合物可提高三月红荔枝的果品品质,提高其叶片中的SS、SPS活性,在果实增甜方面效果显著.

Abstract:Litchi "Sanyuehong" was sprayed with the concentration of 1.5% sucrose-based polymers.The fruit quality and the activities of SS(sucrose synthetase) and SPS(sucrose phosphate synthetase) in the leaves of litchi were investigated.The results showed that sucrose-based polymers could increase the fruit quality,enhance SS and SPS activity,and had notable effects on fruit sweetness rising.
