摘    要:目的]为优化梳齿式采棉机梳齿部件结构设计并确定其关键部件的参数.方法]在分析采摘部件结构及工作原理的基础上,建立采摘部件工作参数之间的数学模型,并利用ANSYS软件对梳齿部件进行结构分析.结果]梳齿部件最大应力为158.57 MPa,小于材料的许用应力值.结论]可以对在三维软件建立的物理模型的合理性进行判断,及时修正设计中的缺陷,为更好地设计其结构和材料选择提供了理论参考.
