多菌灵对土壤细菌遗传多样性的影响

摘    要:目的]初步分析多菌灵对土壤细菌群落结构的影响,以期为农药污染的生物监测和土壤环境质量综合评价提供土壤微生物监测指标.方法]采用PCR- DGGE方法研究多菌灵对土壤中细菌群落结构的影响.结果]多菌灵处理土壤的细菌群落种类和结构组成发生了明显变化,细菌群落Shannon - Wiener指数、丰富度和均匀度均有所降低,5.0、10.0和20 mg/kg多菌灵处理的Shannon - Wiener指数均显著低于对照,分别降低了11.47;、19.11;和26.75;.2.5 mg/kg多菌灵处理土壤DGGE图谱上出现了一新增条带,经序列分析为Uncultured Pectobacterium,初步确定为不可培养的菌.结论]施用多菌灵影响了土壤细菌群落的种类和结构组成,改变了土壤细菌的种群数量和结构多样性,导致其多样性降低.
