| 摘 要： | [目的]了解新疆农民人均纯收入情况,分析时空差异,达到限制和改进现阶段的新疆经济发展水平落后性和不平衡性的目的.[方法]基于1978～2009年新疆农民人均纯收入数据,采用基尼系数、变异系数和极值比法,利用SPSS软件分析新疆农民人均纯收入的时空差异.[结果]新疆农民收入差异处在合理值范围内,但是经济发展水平依然落后,经济发展水平不平衡.[结论]结合当地的自然环境和社会经济特征,对于新疆经济发展水平落后性和不平衡性进行了成因分析并提出了初步对策.
