联苯菊酯降解微生物生长环境的优化作用研究

摘    要:通过富集驯化培养,获得了降解联苯菊酯的混合微生物,研究表明:该混合微生物发挥最优降解力的温度是34℃,pH为7.1,培养时间为80h。采用联苯菊酯作为培养菌生长的唯一碳源、氮源和能源时,80h联苯菊酯去除率为63%。

Abstract:The activated sludge taken from an aerobic tank in wastewater disposal plant of a chemical factory was acclimated to degrade biphenthrin.The mixed culture microbes had optimum pH7.1,34℃,and 80h.In batch test,the biphenthrin removal and degradation rate were 63%in 80h during the degradation of substrate where biphenthrin was taken as the sole source of carbon,nitrogen and energy.
