摘    要:研究了不同浓度、不同时间的NAA浸泡处理对金花茶扦插成活率的影响,并采用二元二次回归正交组合试验建立了回归方程。结果表明:质量浓度小于1 000 mg.L-1、浸泡时间小于120 s的处理可以提高金花茶扦插成活率,而高浓度和长时间的浸泡则降低成活率;由回归方程得出最佳处理浓度为800 mg.L-1、浸泡时间为73.17 s,理论上最高成活率为66.18%。

Abstract:The influences of different concentration NAA and different disposed time on survival rate of Camellia nitidissima cutting were studied.The results showed that the concentration less than 1 000 mg·L-1 and disposed time less than 120 s can improve survival rate of Camellia nitidissima cutting.But high concentration NAA and long disposed time can reduce survival rate.The regression equation was established by the orthogonal quadratic regression combination.The results showed that the theoretical maximal survival rate is 66.18% with 800 mg·L-1 NAA disposed 73.17 s.
