| 摘 要： | 以农村奶源基地为研究对象,运用系统科学的基本理论、观点和方法分析了奶源基地的系统结构、运行机理和功能,并阐述了各利益主体合作经营运行机制的主要内容和保障措施,包括组织保障、制度保障、建立和完善协调机构及建立风险基金补偿制度等。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the systematic structure,operating mechanism and function of rural milk source bases with the fundamental theories of systematic science.Moreover,it explains the content of the operating mechanism of cooperation among different benefit corpora and the assurance measures that include organization assurance,institution assurance,construction of the coordination organization and risk-fund institution and so on. |
