大麦连体叶片衰老与内源游离多胺的关系

摘    要:利用薄板-荧光检测方法对不同衰老状况的大麦连体叶片及施氮后幼苗叶片的游离多胺含量进行了测定。结果表明,随着叶龄增大,叶片游离多胺含量下降,其急剧下降时期明显早于叶绿素、蛋白质含量的速降期。施用氮肥可延缓叶片衰老,同时也提高游离多胺的含量。叶片衰老过程中游离 ABA 与游离腐胺含量呈互为消长的关系,说明连体叶片游离多胺的变化与叶片的衰老状况有密切的联系。

Abstract:The contents of endogenous polyamincs of barley leaves in various extents ofsenescence and after applying nigtrogenous fertilizer to seedling were dctermined by TLCand fluoremetry.The results showed that endogenous polyamines declined with the in-crease of leaf age,and that there was a decrcase of the polyamines sharply prior to thatof chorophyll and protein.Nigtrogen retarded the senescence and stimulated the rise ofpolyamines of attached leaves.Furthermore,the increase of endogenous ABA wasaccompanied by a decrease of putrescinc during the senescence.We presume that there isa close connection between senescence and endogenous polyamines in attached leaves.
