| 摘 要： | 将240只23日龄AA内雏鸡,随机分为4组,研究添饲大蒜素对热应激内鸡血液生化指标的影响.结果表明,添饲0.01%的大蒜素可以使降低的血清总蛋白、血清球蛋白和血清白蛋白浓度(8.15%、5.54%、24.21%)显著回升(P<0.05),但均低于正常水平(P<0.05),可以缓解高温引起的血尿酸含量升高,说明添饲大蒜素对热应激肉鸡的血液生化指标有显著的影响.具有一定的缓解热应激的效应.

| Abstract: | The experiment was conducted to study the effects of allicin additive on serum biochemical indices in broiler chickens under heat stress.240 AA broilers were randomly divided into four groups,with 60 broilers in each one.The re-sults showed that adding 0.01% allicin in feed significantly increased the fallen concentration of TP,GLO and ALB caused by heat stress,but all under the normal value.Allicin additive could alleviate the rise of UA under the heat stress.The re-sults suggested that feeding allicin cou... |
