天竺桂果皮色素提取方法研究

摘    要:对天竺桂果皮红色素进行提取,对常见的几种影响因素的几个水平进行比较分析,通过正交试验得出天竺桂果皮红色素的最佳提取工艺,其结果为以冰乙酸为提取剂,试验材料与浸提剂比为1:10,35℃恒温,pH 3,4 h提取时间,提取率可达68.8%.

Abstract:This article carries on to Cinnamomum japonicum Sibe fruitred pigment withdraws,carries on the comparative analysis from the common several kinds of influences factor several levels,obtains the best to withdraw the craft of Cinnamomum japonicum Sibe fruitred pigment through the orthogonal experiment.The result indicated that,determ ined it best with draws the condition is 1 10 materials ratios,35 constant tem peratures,pH is 3,4 h with draws the time.Withdraws two times under this condition,rate may reach 68.8%.
