| 摘 要： | 通过对新疆2014年长绒棉种植情况的调研，结合目前计划实施的棉花目标价格补贴试点及年度气候特点情况，对新疆长绒棉2014年度生产及市场情况进行了分析。结果表明：种植面积止跌回升，呈恢复性增长，总产略有增加；兵团和地方种植面积分化加剧，其中兵团持续减少，地方有所回升；价格上涨支撑乏力，下降因素较多，皮棉价格在2．8万元/t左右，若市场景气度不回升或降至2．6万元/t左右。

| Abstract: | The author analyzed the production situation and market based on the analysis of planting situation of long staple cotton of Xinjiang in 201 4 and combined with the situation of cotton price target subsidies pilot and climatic features of the plan . The results showed that：the planting area rebound,resume growth,total output increased slightly;the corps and local planting area increased differentiation,the corps continued to decline,the local rose;weak support of prices increasing,many factors,lint price was 28000yuan /t or so if the market did not rise or fall to the scene of 26000 yuan /t . |
