叶面喷硒提高粮食中的硒含量

摘    要:1987~19893年的研究结果表明,在黑龙江省低硒土壤上(土壤水溶性硒平均含量为20ugkg-1)对作物进行叶面喷硒,可使小麦、玉米和大豆籽粒的硒含量从50ugkg-1提高到200ugkg-1以上,提高幅度一般与喷硒量呈正相关,在一定条件下,施用磷肥可促进作物对硒的吸收,喷硒对作物产量影响不明显。叶面喷硒30gkg-1可使小麦、玉米和大豆籽粒中的硒含量达到人们正常营养需要量,且在安全范围内,为防治缺硒疾病提供一条安全可行的新途径。

Abstract:A 3-year(19871989) field experiment on foliar application of Se to wheat,corn and soybean was conducted on two Se-deficient soils (soluble Se was about 20 gkg-1) in Heilongjiang Province.The results show that foliar application of Se increased the Se contents in various grains from 50 gkg-1 to 200 gkg-1.Generally,the increasing range is positively correlated with the application rates of Se.In some cases,the uptake of Se by plants can be promoted by the application of P. The effect of foliar application of Se on yield was not significant.Foliar application of Se 30 ghm-2 is enough to bring the Se content in target grains to an adequate level.This research provide sa new approach in prevention and control of Se-defiient diseases.
