中熟温州蜜柑应用透气膜短期贮藏效果研究初报

摘    要:研究了不同保鲜处理方法结合不同贮藏堆放方式对中熟温州蜜柑尾张果实的防腐保鲜效果。对贮藏30、45、60 d的果实失重率、腐烂率及果实品质比较分析,结果表明,贮藏后60 d,采用木箱装果并覆盖透气膜的贮藏方式的保鲜效果较好,中熟温州蜜柑尾张的腐烂率可控制在1.2%~1.5%,保鲜效果显著优于地面堆放加覆盖聚乙烯膜处理(5.5%~9.5%)。

Abstract:This study combined different storage dumps approach with different fresh-keeping treatment to the antisepsis and fresh-keeping effect of medium maturing wenzhou mandrin orange.The fruit of weightlessness,the decay rate and the quality were analyzed after 30 days,45 days and 60 days storage respectively.The results showed that,after 60 days storage,applying wooden box covered with fruit permeability membrane stacking method was effective preservation,and the decay rate was controlled citrus 1.2%~1.5%,which was significantly better than ground stacked polyethylene membrane(5.5%~9.5%).
