摘    要:利用植物组织培养并结合LC检测技术,对鬼臼毒素等9种活性化合物在掌叶大黄发状根、离体培养根及悬浮细胞3种培养系统中的生物转化进行了研究。结果表明:在检测到发生变化的5个化合物中,有鬼臼毒素、依托泊甙、蜕皮甾酮和兰索拉唑4个化合物确实发生了生物转化。掌叶大黄细胞悬浮系统将鬼臼毒素转化生成鬼臼苦素,这一结果证明掌叶大黄植物组织培养系统能够对一些化合物进行生物转化。

Abstract:By using plant tissue culture technology and HPLC techniques, the biotransformation of 9 active chemicals by the 3 in vitro culture systems of Rheum palmatum was studied. The results showed that 4 of 9 active constituents were identified to be biotransformed, which are podophyllotoxin, VP - 16, ecdysterone, lansoprazol. Podophyllotoxin was converted into picropodophyllin with cell suspension culture. It was demonstrated that some constituents were able to be biotransformed by the in vitro culture systems of Rheum palmatum.
