摘    要:果树苗叶片导水率受温度的影响成单峰或双峰的变化;水分对果树幼苗叶片面积、叶片导水率有显著的影响,叶片面积、叶片导水率随着土壤水分的升高而增加;施氮肥对梨树和桃树幼苗叶片导水率有显著的影响,桃树和梨树叶片面积,叶片导水率都是随着施氮量的增加而增加;3种果树幼苗叶片导水率与叶片面积都成线性增加关系。

Abstract:This article take one-year-old peach,pear and apple seedling as experiment material,we adopted the High Pressure Flow Meter(HPFM for short) which made by US Dynamax Company to measure leaf hydraulic conductivity of fruit seedling under different water and nitrogen treatment.The result showed that effect of temperature on leaf hydraulic conductivity showed a trend unimodal and bimodal curve.Water has a significant effect on leaf area and leaf hydraulic conductivity of fruit seedling and with the increase of soil water content there is an increase of hydraulic conductivity and leaf area.The effect of nitrogen on hydraulic conductivity of leaf fruit seedling achieved the remarkable level.With the increase of nitrogen there is an increase of leaf area and hydraulic conductivity both peach and pear seedling.There is line relationship between hydraulic conductivity and leaf area in three fruit seedlings.
